our PROFILE

We come from operational responsibility, not from theory.

We have built and run transaction-heavy operations across partner networks and across borders, and we bring that hands-on experience to organisations that need to stabilise and scale their process chain in practice.

We work from the perspective of operational responsibility. Where operations, billing and partner processes intersect, what matters is clear accountability, robust routines and rules that hold up in day-to-day work — not just on slides.

Our focus is therefore not strategy on slides, but end-to-end execution in practice: clear accountabilities, robust operating processes, and well-defined data and rule sets across the chain — from transaction data and tariff logic (including VAT) through billing, settlement and reconciliation to reliable handling of disputes and refunds. The result is an operating model that runs reliably month after month, including in multi-partner and cross-border environments.

We bring practical experience from building and operating a pan-European mobility services business: more than 20 million transactions per year, over EUR 500 million in volume, scaling from 7 to more than 90 employees, building an integrated system landscape (including Oracle billing and Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP), setting up in-house software delivery and nearshore IT, and managing a large partner network with direct contracts.

Operations first — not “more theory”

We work where operations, billing and partner processes intersect, and we stabilise critical paths so day-to-day operations remain reliable and can scale with growth.

End-to-end clarity in roles, rules and data

We make visible where rework is created, clarify ownership and decision rules, and put simple controls and KPIs in place — so teams spend less time working around deviations and more time preventing them at the source.

Fewer workarounds, fewer disputes, fewer backlogs.

When disputes and refunds rise or reconciliation slows down, costs escalate quickly. We reduce manual loops and expand standardisation and automation where it provides real operational relief.
